I thought about this the other day. Let's say the medication costs $200/month, heck the fattie would probably save near that much in food cost.

There's no reason for the obesity epidemic to continue. I think that folks know if they get on it they'd eat less and they love to eat more that they want to be healthy. We know there's one demographic that considers extreme obesity desirable.
