The culture sooooo many of you are on about is AMERICAN culture. The people you are on about are AMERICANS....an integral part of the culture of the United States of America.
The problem is men. Male culture is the culprit. Making that argument is as specious as suggesting the types of crimes y'all attribute to "black" culture is....
Bringing "the culture" out when black folks kill folks is not about the crime it is about how horrible it is that there are black folks. Why y'all have to cache your ignorance in such convoluted ways is a mystery.....

By all means, in terms of citizenship, absolutely. Every bit of ethnic and racial culture in the US today is part of the culture of our nation....good, bad and indifferent. When a segment of our population is committing vile crimes against mostly one another it is an US problem, not a them problem, because it impacts the lives of very good people, most of whom are not criminals, who work every day and have the same goals and aspirations as everyone else in the US. When a violent black person shoots a bunch of people it isn't a problem of the black community it is a problem for every last one of us. There is not a genetic difference that makes black people any more violent than any other race....man is a violent fricking animal regardless of the color of his skin. The fact that black people earn less and have less wealth than other races in the US has far more to do with violent crime than skin color which has NOTHING to do with it....poor white people, Mexicans, Jews, Asians all commit more crimes than their well heeled racial brethren....it is not a black issue it is a societal issue.

Comparing one group to the dregs of another isn't the point you're trying to make I assume.
The underlying issue isn't the actions of any group, it's the accountability. Nobody tries to justify or tolerate whites killing people. Nobody screams racism at the mere mention of white issues.

The majority of the US is white. Almost all positions of power and influence is held by a white person. That have anything at all to do with "Nobody screams racism at the mere mention of white issues"?
I am not justifying or tolerating anyone killing anyone, merely pointing out that it is not black people only nor black people in general....its criminals, period. Economic situation has far more to do with criminality than race, always has and always will. The data suggests that about the same % of all races in similar economic positions are likely to be violent criminals. It isn't an issue of race, it is a societal issue. I fully understand that relative to population density black people commit more crimes, violent and otherwise. That does not mean black people are more violent.
