Maybe you were asleep in 9th grade civics when they covered “freedom of association”, and “freedom of assembly”. It is amazing how many people are willing to throw away our constitutional rights because of this event. This is the exact time constitutional protection is most important. It is events like this when government incremental intrusion takes away our freedom. History has demonstrated that socialism usually takes root in a time of national crisis, several governors and members of Congress are already saying we can use this crisis to change the direction of our country to a more progressive agenda.

With the now common mindset of trusting the government to take care of us even if means losing a few liberties we are quickly becoming one of those other countries with “their laws”, that is the fear of Scruffy and myself.
