How about just complying with police, get jobs, and contribute to society. All they do is play the race card and want handouts. At least the illegals that come here work.

I've posted this before and I'll post it again: black lives DO NOT matter to black people until they're killed by a white person or a cop.

Do they matter when it's time to man up and be a father to their baby mama's kids?

Do they matter when the kid comes home from school and no one sits down to help with homework?

Do they matter when grade schoolers are running around the neighborhood till midnight?

Do they matter when they start acting as drug runners for the local gang?

Do they matter when they drop out of school and resort to stealing and selling drugs to make a living?

Do they matter when all of the above result in generation after generation that is ill-equipped to function as a net positive to society?

Let's say no more cop killings of black people happen for the next 40 years. What net effect would there be on the black community at large?

It's like the damned Confederate flag crap. OK, the flag is no longer flying over the state capitol in South Carolina. Big win for black people everywhere, but their lives, by and large, still suck.

I'm not a fan if the Confederate flag being put in places of honor at all. I'm not saying we should try to erase history, but we shouldn't act like their cause was something to be praised. Keep it in a museum, not in seats of government meant to represent all constituents.
