BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - The West Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office confirms they have arrested a suspect who was involved in a chase early Sunday, March 26, 2023. Deandre Bessye was booked into the West Baton Rouge Parish Jail on a number of charges, including two counts of manslaughter, one count of aggravated flight from an officer, and one count of obstruction of a highway of commerce. The chase was started in Baton Rouge and involved an air mission through the Baton Rouge Police Department. The officers on board the helicopter that was chasing the suspect died after the aircraft went down around 3 a.m. Sunday. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) released a preliminary report Monday that states the “aircraft tail rotor struck a tree and crashed inverted in a field.”

Wait, so while actively chasing this person the police not only lost the suspect, they didn't notice the helicopter went missing?

I truly want to understand what happened here. I find it baffling that they lost two helicopter cops for several hours.

I wonder what relation to Devin Bessye he is?

That's the dude who beat the ever loving hell out of the white couple at the Chevron 10 years ago but it wasn't prosecuted as a hate crime.

Make an example out of him and max out those sentences.

I'd happily pay more in taxes to increase prison capacity where all the hoodlums are locked up together, out of civilized society.

There should be a crime squad that dead he’s Facebook and Instagram for taking pics like that.

If you point a gun at the camera or are street racing in vids on social media a task force should just run a quick search. If you’re a felon point a gun at the camera showing stacks of money off to jail you go.

Dudes like this think they’re so tough then turn around and refer to the gun as a “glizzy”

Alpha black dudes need to have a conversation about making ebonics less gay

That wasn’t ten years ago and that dude was sent to prison for life on the three strikes law. Not sure if related to him but I’m sure will end up in prison for life even after he gets out from this but, he looks useless anyways so send him to another country and let him survive there.

There’s no rehabilitating that monster. The tPOS needs to be publicly hanged.
