Waze has lied

For the first time ever, Waze has given me bad info. Told me to get off I-12 at Pumpkin Center and go west until the next exit then get back on 12. Didn’t send me far enough. Now I’m stuck, can’t go either way.
ps. I should have known not to travel 12 in the first place. It’s better to go through NOLA and get on 90 to get to Laffy from anywhere east of NOLA.

You probably didn’t follow the directions and went the wrong waze.

I have had a couple of instances where it steered me wrongly, too. I generally just attributed the issues to timing, etc.

I use waze on every trip/long drive. Especially when going to Florida. I use waze to see if the Mobile tunnel is fricked so I can detour around. It’s usually pretty good but Friday it showed smooth sailing through the tunnel and over the bridge following. Yeah halfway through the tunnel we started to see brake lights. Immediately after the tunnel we were at a dead stop on the bridge. Two separate wrecks. Waze screwed us.
