I pronounce it wayze. Like saying days with a hard z. Except it’s ways with a hard z.

Waze sucks, stopped using it a while ago.

It would say roads were closed when they weren't. Car on the shoulder! Umm nope.

These things are what’s reported by other Wazers.

It's only as good as the people who use it and update it

Waze doesn't work nearly as well as usual in the New Orleans area. And, frankly, it's been shaky as shite with BR morning traffic the last few months.

If you regularly recheck the routes available it will often give you a faster route before it does it automatically. Doing this has saved me a lot of time while traveling.

It’s better to go through NOLA and get on 90 to get to Laffy from anywhere east of NOLA.

Which highway is Airline? Is that 90 or is Airline 190?

ETA: If you need to go from NOLA to Laffy you can always go through Boutte and take the Sunshine Bridge (I think that's what it's called) and that'll bring you all the way to Morgan City I think. Its whatever the future interstate corridor is... you know, the one that'll never be built.

Puts on tin foil hat

Ever sense Google bought Waze, it’s sucked. Google is personally trying to kill off Waze so that users go back to Google Maps

Google Maps pulls any traffic reporting from Waze.

DO NOT trust WAZE in the Brandon/Flowood area of Mississippi. It will get you lost. Sucker had us all turned around at night and going into places you wouldn't want to go in daylight. Works MOST of the time though.

Only problem I've had with Waze is that it will send you into a dead zone with no warning. I'll be headed into St. Martin Parish and it'll tell me to take a shortcut through Henderson... then I have no cell service and I'm driving blindly through the sticks in the middle of the night.
