Yea the husband there getting choked up was hard to listen to. Anyone with a soul would have been impacted emotionally, which is why it was no surprise to see Brooks so unaffected.

In the previous case (WI v Allen) the judge had the defendant gagged and in the room, so she has every bit as much a right to gag him as she does to remove him and teleconference him. pretty infuriating
