Open the hood and look where the hinge on both sides attached to the firewall area. Between the inside the front fenders and the area where you have your windshield wipers specifically. In the small gap where the fender and door seam meet there are 2 flaps on the area of the vehicle right behind the brake power booster that act as covers for weep holes of water that runs down the windshield and these will sometimes clog with leaves and other debris.

Move the flap out away from the windshield wiper housing area and put your finger in the hole to see if it is clogged with crap.

I have an 06 Silverado and this happened to me once and that was the problem. There are flaps on both sides of the vehicle.

It took me a while to find the flaps, but I never had anyone tell me where to look and I just stumbled upon them.

Your blinker fluid reservoir is overfilled.

if it has a sunroof, the drain lines are clogged.
