I worked there.

And how does water ice work on the moon with no atmosphere?

No, no. That's where Buzz Aldren forgot his sweet tea.

They're breaking it to us slowly, bit by bit, so as not to induce worldwide panic.

No, because the moon is the moon, and the universe is a touch more vast.

Cool, maybe one day we'll actually send someone up there and get a good look at it.

This probably helps support the theory that the moon was part of Earth at one point and broke off after a meteor collision

Water was generated on Earth from volcanoes. Volcanoes are common on other planets and moons, too.

We would have to be pretty stupid to believe that water only exists on a few planets and moons in our solar system and nowhere else in the universe.

Nope. Figuring out when the moon landed in Earth orbit will be one of the next thing they claim they magically figured out recently.

Doesn't matter. We live on earth.

I was never good at chemistry, but where is the oxygen coming from on the moon to bind to the hydrogen to produce h20?

The Earth and Moon are about 4.5 billion years old. There is a lot of stuff that happened before humans arrived.

Since it’s a relatively small amount, my guess is that the majority of it came from collisions with icy comets, as opposed to having been generated by the moon itself.
