I really do not want to besmirch the names of the deceased. But come the frick on man...it seems like every person interviewed for this series so far is loaded out of their minds on any kind of drug they can get their hands on.
There have been multiple people interviewed that have said “I smoked crack with my daughter” or “I smoked crack with my father.”

I mean different strokes and all that, but right before those two quotes that I just used in the OP, one of the people said “ya know a lot of people from the other side of the track in Jennings think we’re just trash.”
Well...can you blame them???
Most of those motherfrickers don’t have any teeth from drug abuse throughout their lives and speak like they have never stepped foot in a schoolhouse in their life.

Wait it gets better. The parents are all doing drugs with the kids and a couple of the uncles are fricking their nieces high school friends.
Never once do they acknowledge their kids (or their own) shitty behavior. They just blame the cops for saying the vics were all living high risk lifestyles.

I am not defending the people but you're just flat out exaggerating the details. You make it out like this was a way of life that all of them were doing. You are greatly embellishing what was said/happened.

Exactly. Again, I don’t want to disparage the women that died, but let’s not act like these were your average women that were living fine, upstanding lifestyles. These were to a person, people that do not hold a lot of value in a utilitarian point of view.

It really sunk in for me when the Ernestine's mom was all boohooing about her daughter and then says "this is the only picture I have of my daughter." She's holding the blown up pic of her daughter's driver's license picture that the cops used during investigation. W. T. F.

It's just like the Gillis Case here in Baton Rouge. People don't care as much because these women put themselves in these situations again and again.
The quote of that old lady recalling how the girls viewed her house as an escape from "having to suck dicks and be beaten up" is telling because she goes on about how the girls would come there to rest and sober up. Then head back out on drug benders and back to suckin dicks and getting fricked in a visqueen covered room in a trailer in the country. Can't make that shite up.
