Was Stephen Paddock's father DB Cooper?

(just wanted to post this here in case it didn't get the respect it deserves on the Poli Board.)
The thought has to be brought up as he was known to be in Portland at the time that DB Cooper boarded the flight in Portland.

Paddock was said to be very wealthy as well. His brother said he could afford anything he wanted and regularly went on cruises where he would play $100 a hand video poker the whole time,

Wow, I guess I'm not the only one who noticed this also. I've been looking into this today. I immediately saw the resemblance. The only big this is Paddock was 6' 4" and 240, all descriptions of Cooper were 6' 180 lbs.
His background seems to fit somewhat. He escaped in 1969 from prison (Cooper highjacked plane in 1971) bank robbery background. He was found in 1978 in Eugene, OR running a bingo parlor . Not too far from the jump site of Cooper.
He was a WWII Navy vet, so could have had some skydive training (I don't know the background of that).
His personality seemed to fit the bill also. The big thing being the physical description differences. But, it's been interesting piecing together some of this.
