In 2 yrs there will be college students that were born in the 21st century.

You know what my 7yr old niece said the other day?

Whoa... you were born in the 19s?

I was in Chapel Hill during freshman move in weekend a few weeks back. For the first time in my life I said the words "these freshman girls look too young".

Felt really old that night.

Obligatory:

May son is a freshman and was born on 12/4/01. He's got a friend in his class who was born on 9/11/01. His mom was in labor literally all day and had no clue we'd been attacked until that night.

wait until you see someone you went to high school with in the store and they intoduce you to their grandkids. Or worse yet they introduce you to their grandkids and their grandkid's significant other.

Diehard was on the other day. It was released 28 years ago.

Hans Gruber, aka Snape, is one of the perfect movie villains of all time.

In musical terms, think back to when you were listening to Nirvana's Nevermind; you are now farther removed from its release, than you were then, from Simon and Garfunkel's Sounds of Silence.
