Wanda Sykes booed off stage for ragging on Trump

Black comedian Wanda Sykes was performing her comedy routine in front of a live audience at the TD Garden on Saturday night when she launched into a negative rant about President-elect Trump.
The crowd responded by boo-ing. She replied back by repeatedly saying “F*ck you” to the audience. As she walked off the stage she gave the middle finger to the crowd.
Her performance was part of the 22nd annual Comics Come Home fundraiser led by Dennis Leary.
Sykes, who is a lesbian, blasted the newly elected president for being a racist and a homophobe. “I am certain this is not the first time we’ve elected a racist, sexist, homophobic president,” she said.
When Sykes walked off stage, Dennis Leary came out to introduce the next comedian, but before he did, Leary defended Sykes. He told the crowd she came all the way from L.A. for the benefit and deserved their respect.LINK

Unfortunately none of that matters to most the people screaming the loudest. They've been fed the racist, homophobic narrative for so long that trump can't do anything to appease them. Nor should he IMO.

Leary is not far behind her on the obnoxious scale.
Knowing beforehand that those two were both in the same venue in Boston would let me know that I wanted to be in just about any other room on the planet at that time.
