You sound awful bitter. Who is They? This former principal is being taught a lesson. He has lost his job, and income stream. What more do you want? Do you want him quartered and each part of him on a pike in the four corners of the parish?

After the bullshite her principal caused, any family would seek the same. You trying to make it seem like a money grab is pathetic.

If he is indeed being offered a sabbatical until the end of the school year, a term for her lawsuit will probably be he get fired and his pension revoked.

Honestly I think it is. But it doesn't surprise me.

I am not making excuses for him. But we all do make incredibly stupid decisions. I've made them, you've made the, we all make them. Acting all high and mighty because you are pseudo outraged for someone you don't even fricking know is almost more pathetic than the family going for the money bag.

Walker High School Principal Jason St. Pierre has requested to take leave for the remainder of the 2023-2024 school year. The district office is awaiting his paperwork to process his request.

So he didnt resign. This is just LPSB hoping this will blow over after a few mos. I dont think that is going to work.

You really have no fricking clue how fricked up it is to do what he did, to a student as smart and successful as she is.

She can aim high. She may not get everything she wants but she has LP school system over a barrel.

Yeah I agree. It also helps that in cases like this, school boards, and insurance companies would rather pay and move on, than drag it out. But going for the guy's pension, would be overkill.

You've admitted to being ignorant to all of the details. So do you educate yourself on the story? Of course not.

You continue to blabber from the same position of ignorance. You aren't the only one though, so there's that.

We all make stupid decisions correct, but that is forgivable if it is a spur of the moment decision. Principal had plenty of time to think about his course of action and then do it. It’s not a stupid decision at that point, but a stupid person.

Only “high and mighty” person is the principal who thought his morals should override the families outside of school. If the school doesn’t fire him, they absolutely should be held responsible.

He tried to permanently frick her future over personal beliefs using the authority of his job.

Any cop who commits crimes under color of authority gets their pension revoked.

Please. You are acting like he sexually assaulted her. Yes, she is embarrassed. She took a temporary hit to her current reputation. This shite will be forgotten in a few months when she graduates and gets free rides to the college of her choice. It will not affect her adult life one bit.

I've ready 4-5 articles online about it. The only thing I didn't read was every post of this thread. So I'm not coming from any position of ignorance. If there is something you want me to read, go find it, post it and I will read it. Until then....
