Is it Oakdale meth? They have the best meth in the state.

Does this qualify as fine dining in Alexandria?

You would think they might want to hold off with the economy the way it is. Unless the ball was already rolling of course. Their opening in Houma was much less than they anticipated.

Cenla is not that dependent on O&G

This, and Alex has more LSU 'fans' than anywhere. I don't know what it is, but never-attended-a-class-at-LSU absolute diehard LSU fans are literally 60% of the population.

what's the talent level at LSU-A for the staff looking like? Will they pull from from Pollack and Woodworth...Glenmora?

That's everywhere in Louisiana. Oil baws in Acadiana love their Tigers. LSU sticker goes to the left of the Yeti sticker and below the Gator Tail one.

Nah, the Ville Platte talent pool is pretty evenly distributed between UL-L and LSU.

this is absolutely a good get for Alex

while Walk Ons is not anything great, they need something other than BWW for a sports bar

Spirits has a good atmosphere, but the food has been horrible the last couple of times I've been

which I guess would on par with Walk Ons

the new one in Shreveport is printing money at the moment

I wish we would get a pluckers up here (although I know people on here don't like it). I've lived in pineville almost 5 years now and I will say that Alex is def trying to bring new things in. Got a moes not too long ago although izzos is better, but it's better than what we had

For a while they were working very hard at putting all the things on their menu that they think you should want as opposed to what you actually do. It's getting somewhat better, but they really want to be a live music club more than anything else.

If Walk Ons comes they will have the same problem with staff as everyone else (except the Mexican restaurants).
