Using this logic against the facts of the cake case, an 18 year old gay kid that gets denied the purchase of a gun at Walmart should win that law suit.

Do you even understand how logic works? Unless they only refused to sell to gays under 21, which is clearly not the case, the fact that your 18 year old gay self can't buy a gun is not actionable.

Lets totally forget the context of my statement and the one I'm replying to for a moment, tell me which states have any sort of age discrimination laws that pertain to an 18-21 year old?

In context, tell me how an 18 year old gay person has a case that an 18 year old heterosexual would not. That was the implication of the statemented I was responding to.

And raise the driving age to 21 as well.

This is a great idea. As far as I know all these shooters drove themselves to the crime scene. If you take away their ability to drive themselves there then you can prevent the crime.

Public transportation is a gun free zone so that possibility is covered too.

. The state passes a law putting a age on that stuff. The individual store or company doesn’t do this. If wal mart is allowed to do this what is to stop hem from doing this with other things? Can they choose to not sell ice cream to fat people? I hope someone challenges this because it is age discrimination, cut and dry.

A lot of 20 year olds live alone. A law would effectively remove their second amendment rights (arguably)

I don't like the liberal pandering, but who actually buys a gun from Walmart? There are hundreds of other shops, both local and national, that will still sell according to the law on the books.

Neither is BUYING a gun. Having a gun is a right. I can refuse to serve anyone for any reason aside from being a protected class. Guess what: 18 year olds are not a protected class. 40 year olds and older are.

So can you refuse to sell a 18 year old black guy a gun?

If a straight person asked the bakers to bake a cake for their gay friend's wedding, and they were denied, could they have sued for personal damages based on discrimination?
