Should've been refunded.

Oh. Well, they shouldn't have been arrested.

were not taken into custody,
Hmmm.

The "customers" created the problem and then escalated it. Ignorant, ill mannered and noncompliant, that couple is every business's nightmare. Jail is where they belong.

when you ordered a tea, did the waiter kindly let you know there'd be a charge for it?
I know you're being funny. There's a difference. On the menu, drinks are clearly listed with the price associated. Even if the price is not on their, you know they will charge. Most places do not charge you when you ask for ranch, bbq sauce, steak sauce, hot sauce, etc.

This... I know about how much my bill should be... if it's fricking 50 cents one way or the other... I'm not gonna notice it. If it comes in way high, then I'll look. How would one honestly even know if their restaurant check was 50 cents off? Who has time or need to check stuff that closely?
Well, in my instance there was another line, specifically where it said extra... $.75. So it was easy to spot. But, that type of stuff is easy to notice when I bought an item because I liked the price it was listed at. For example, if I go to the grocery store and I see a gallon milk listed at $2.29. I'll go buy it, but at the register it gets ringed up for $2.79. I will inquire on why the price change. Normally they will inform me it was for a sale that expired and the tag needs to be taken down, or they notice the mistake and pay me the difference.
I dont men to be a dick. I just dont like expecting one thing, and getting a different result.

No worry you’re so angry.
Is this supposed to have meaning? You were a thief when you decide a patron slighted you.

an insignificant amount.
Up to $5 is insignificant?
But great job with the post history search. You really showed me.
