$13.00! $15.00 with tip!
This is not sustainable. Something has to give.

What else did you order? The All-Star is less than $12+ tax.
No way you spent $13 on 2 eggs and bacon.
ETA: For those of you just catching up, a quarter of OP’s cost came from the glass of Milk he ordered but didn’t include in his original post.

But eggs got expensive for like a month so they can raise the price and never come down

Why are you lying?
This is from my local waffle house.

The plate came with 2 eggs, 3 strips of bacon, hash browns and toast. And I added a glass of milk. $13.00 with tax

That would have been about $1 if you cooked it at home. Going to Waffle House for eggs and bacon is your choice. Hash browns on the other hand are worth it

I think paying ~$3 for a drink that you can buy a gallon of for the same price is part of the issue you’re experiencing here.

Nope. The allstar was $2 more.

This isn't true... that order would be probably be a little over 7$... a better idea would be to make your own if that's too much

It is true. And obviously everything is cheaper to cook at home, but I am traveling today so decided to eat breakfast out for the first time in a long time. And it’s going to be the last time for a long time

I recently had an epiphany to cook hashbrowns on my George Foreman grill.
It works.
Just brush some olive oil on top and bottom and make a layer of frozen hasbrowns. takes about 5 minutes.

No it’s not. It is called the “2 eggs and bacon” meal on the menu

You haven't bought bacon recently

Almost every thread like this the thread starter has seemingly found the most expensive restaurant in an entire chain...by a lot. It also usually turns out when pressed they fudged their OP. A few weeks ago on another forum someone swore they paid $50 for a hamburger and fries at a national fast casual chain. When pressed they posted the receipt and it include 4 bottled beers and a $10 tip. The beer and tip were almost $35 of the total.

Are you really equating that to me getting a glass of milk with breakfast?
