You seem to be pretty defensive specifically about this incident.

I am. What happened in Waco was a complete shite storm and a lot of innocent people had their lives turned upside down over it. As I've said time and again from the beginning, there was a fight between two clubs and those guys who took part in it should be held accountable for their criminal actions. But that's not what the Waco PD did, instead they rounded up every biker in the area and arrested them all, irregardless if there was a shred of evidence of them having anything to do with the fight or shootout. What's worse is they put serious felony charges on them all (the "cookie-cutter" warrants) and then put $1,000,000 bond on them all.

And as for this video, it only shows a spinet of what happened. I see a couple of guys shooting toward the parking lot but it looks to me like the vast majority of people were just trying to get away from the hailstorm of bullets. Go back and watch the video, count the number of people you see breaking the law and compare that to the number you see just trying to get away. And what about the cameras showing he parking lot where everyone who died that day was shot? And what of the camera angles showing where the cops fired from? The cops had surveillance video cameras already set up and filming before anything happened. Where is that video?

I was waiting for one of them to reach up and grab a beer off the table to drink while they were crawling

Is that even allowed? For a civilian/outsider to show up at a motorcycle club event?

There are club events and rides open to anyone who wants to go, and there ate events that are club only.

No. But starting a brawl and having that many weapons in possession certainly does.

And for the 100th or so time, I say arrest anyone there who took part in he fight/shootout. As for having weapons, I am a lawful CCP holder and almost always have my pistol on me. The same is true of a good deal of bikers. Just having a weapon on you is not a crime in this country, at least not yet.

You're right. I was being a bit obtuse. I just find all the keyboard warriors and message board bad-asses amusing.

Well some people will never change, they see what they want to see, and if it scares them they have to have somewhere to let off that steam. The internet is the safest place I guess.

What, Ferguson? OK, show me a link where innocent people were rounded up and arrested for nothing. Show me that and then I'll get upset about it.

Yeah, and it's okay for you to hide behind your keyboard. Not everyone can man the throttle.

you think being a biker is "pretending to be a thug"? You've watched too much TV kid.

And when a drug bust takes place, do they not arrest all at the location "irregardless" ( ) of known involvement at that time? Normal procedure to bring in all those possibly involved. Nothing crazy or overreaching there. Then they don't want these guys running off, many of whom aren't local and are known to travel far. That's where the high bond is justified. Again, not irregular.

I've been riding for over 30 years. Been a patch holder for over 20 years. I've been to a lot of places and events hosted by everyone from the CMA to the HA's. I've yet to see a single "train" run on anyone.

being in a notorious biker gang pretending to be a hardass, associating yourself with a bunch of shite starters packing little dicks, judges, tactical knives and having your compadres being shot in the parking lot is thy definition of pretentious thuggery.

Tell you what, if that's how you really feel, go find you a Bandido and share your opinion with him face to face. If you're in the New Orleans area they should not be hard to find. Do that and I'll respect you. Otherwise, you're just a message board badass trying to look cool and edgy from the safety of your mom's basement.
