I'm a Central baw. My family owns a decent amount of land down towards the end Morgan Rd.

There is no other option. They need a better north south street level high capacity road.

The NIMBY have kept the city down. Now everyone pays for it.

I'd also relocate the refinery but that ain't happening. Even though the area around those is always going to be low end.
