Exactly, socialism is beautiful. 1. Everyone stays thin no matter what they put into their bodies 2. You can speak multiple languages 3. Less homeless people

Socialism works IF every able bodied person puts into the system.

Never smoked but chew nicotine gum a lot. I like the mild buzz and the natural appetite suppressant. I weigh about 100 lbs. But I am female and 5'0 tall. Size 00

Mostly because they don't wear deodorant.

They eat a ton of sweets. Ice Cream for example. They order french fries with mayonnaise on them.

Is this just your observation over a week of vacation? That’s not exactly “science”

I mean if you hypothesis is true what are you implying? They have superior genetics?

I easily saw at minimum 20 ice cream shops and they were all slammed.

What I saw was very consistent. It's a well-known fact they like mayonnaise on french fries.

Yea if you say the diets and the same and exercise isn’t significant enough to make a difference then the only factor left is genetics.

I think this hypothesis is bogus by the way. I think it’s portion size and just the overall amount of food we consume here

I miss the ice cream trucks in Germany. They make actual sundays. Some with alcohol. None of that ice cream sandwich/popsicle shite.

It's called The French Paradox. Barry Sears based the Zone Diet on it

There's a great Russian quote.

Cortisol is a stress hormone that cause weight gain. They tend to be less stressed due to working less and moving around, walking, etc more. So they aren't nearly as fat.

Cortisol hypothesis can’t be right. Cortisol by itself doesn’t cause weigh gain. You need energy (food) to create fat. Cortisol can lead to bad eating habits or cravings but can’t by itself cause weight gain.

For instance, look at Japan. They are way more overworked and stressed than we are. They are jumping off buildings in the middle of work. But I haven’t heard of any landwhales over there

My last one was 6'6, current is 6'4

All about portion control, eat what you want, just not 2 lbs. at every meal.

As far as I know the French paradox involves coronary artery disease not obesity. Researchers couldn’t figure out why the French who have a diet high in saturated fat didn’t have as many heart attacks and strokes.

That doesn’t have anything to do with obesity. If you eat enough saturated fats you will still get fat. Regardless of wether you have coronary artery disease or not
