I read something the other day that Chicago has had like 1256 shootings since the start of the year with like over 200 deaths... I ASSURE you that out of those shootings that at least 1,000 were committed by blacks on blacks....

I have lived in BR and Nola and I guarantee you that black on black crime accounts for 95% of violence in both cities.

Each week when I see reports of shooting injuries and deaths in NOLA, I look at the location of the crimes on a map.
If the NOPD increased their presence for 2 blocks around Tulane Ave between Carrollton and Broad, they’d be in position to prevent or immediately respond to the majority of incidents like these. That small area is deadly.

Probably true. If I’ve noticed this trend, then the people who have jobs tracking crime have to have noticed it, and it’s not slowing down. Always in that same stretch of Tulane Ave.
The point might be to let criminals eliminate each other without interference.
