I love these old photos - most of the motorcycles are Indians, not Harleys.

Motorcycle cops led risky lives - lots of motorcycle accidents and many deaths during the 30's.

My father raced Indians all over the country in the early 50's and also rode a Big Chief.

My Grandfather was a motor cycle cop back in that era of time. He added "Harley" as his middle name.

I've never seen any photos of him on his bike.
