It's hard to phantom the thought process of a criminal. When confronted, the perp immediately goes for gun and runs. You have to know you gonna die if you do that. Just lay down and go to jail and live another day.

In this case, the dog is alive, the cops are alive, the customers are alive and he is as dead as a hammer.
As previous poster said, nothing here, move on.
It was a good kill. That dog and those men may have saved innocent lives down the road.
