We can’t rule out some sort of Ratatouille situation here. Maybe the food is so good because of these marvelous, hardworking prep rats. They work the late nights no one else will.

Was drunkenly eating chicken at Willie’s chicken shack late one evening and I seent 3 large rats run from the back out the door to bourbon. For a second I was disgusted, then figured what the hell I’m halfway through my chicken and whatever made it through the fryer was already in my belly so a little more wouldn’t make it worse so I finished eating. So all though an upsetting visual, the rats probably aren’t that big a deal, I’m sure there’s worse shite going on back of house that you don’t see.
