They're all bigger ones called "box mods" that have big, chinese made lithium batteries. Some of these things push over 300 watts.

Box Mod
Box mods have the user custom bend and install huge wires that require a huge amount of power to heat the coil. These batteries that are exploding are doing so when they just can't handle the needs of the coil.
The user drips the fluid onto these coils to produce the vape. For every vape a drip must be added to the floss surrounding the coils.
