People keep putting lithium batteries into the garbage. They cannot be crushed.

The red house seen later in the video is a great example of the terrible architecture of the 60s and 70s.

If there’s a delay ( and I don’t know about batteries in general,) landfills are going tk start getting these fires.


And don’t they put off methane? That’s a good way get energy.

This is why they ask you not to put shite like propane bottles, gallons of paint, etc in the garbage. Garbage trucks catch on fire pretty often….most of the time it is just a matter of getting a fire engine to put it out.

According to this site everything was better in the 70s and 80s.
