He addresses this in the video. Called himself a "pasta whore" and said his family drinks fried milkshakes.

But the entire point is that he isn't flaunting his fat arse in public and then crying and trying to get people cancelled when they call him out for not being healthy. He's also not claiming that he is living a healthy lifestyle as lizzo does all the time. He's self aware, unlike her.
