Porcupine got a good 75-100 quills in my lab’s face. Simple solution, right? That’s why God made pliers...

One problem: “Are you f***king serious?” As she’s crying and spazzing out. Guess who is sitting in the parking lot at the Vet.... Happy Sunday afternoon.

A backslap could have fixed that.

I am not sure pulling 75-100 quills is easy as you suggest.

Not related but reminds me of the description of a loose woman:

If she had as many pricks on her outside as she’s had inside her, she’d be the world’s largest porcupine.

if you can pay a vet $500, and you get to bring your pet home with you, and it's going to be ok, be happy. All is good.

Take care of your little buddy. A good dog is better than pretty much any human you have ever met.

We’re out. She’s good. Sleeping in the back seat.

ETA: Bill ended up not being bad. I expected $500-$700 range bc it’s a Sunday. It was only about $327. I asked them to add an additional $23 to make in an even tree-fiddy but they didnt

That’s when you say, “Ok honey we’ll go to the vet but you stay here.”

Then proceed to drive a mile down the road with dog and said pliers and continue on with the operation.
