We went a couple of years back. We had a blast. We bought VIP tickets to the bridge at New York New York. Open bar and restrooms. The strip gets really crowded and it was nice having access to restrooms. Fireworks are nice on top of the casinos.

Just got back from Vegas a couple of weeks ago. NFR was great. Left lots o money in that town, tho. Had shite for luck at the tables.

i go to Vegas a few times a year for work and its gotten so damn expensive i cant afford to go if work isnt paying for it. i cant even imagine it on NYE
every meal for breakfast and lunch was $25/30 a head and im talking no alcohol and just stuff like a salad or burger and fries
a decent meal for dinner will run $50-75 a head for just food. the days of $30 hotels and $5 prime rib are gone, unless you want to get stabbed

I noticed this too. Vegas will flat change your drinking habits at $8 per beer and $17.00 for a scotch on the rocks.

$1,000 a day. I tell people all the time unless you are willing to spend a grand a day not counting hotel & flight pick another location

I've heard the top clubs have you pay a table fee on NYE on top of the regular bottles minimum. Fee for the dance floor tables in Omnia on NYE will be $30k, so I hope you're ready to spend around that much.
I don't think Vegas is a smart choice on NYE, everything is 3x as expensive but you will not have 3x the fun.
