Values that we honor and that anyone can achieve ?

What are the things /qualities we all admire and still anyone can achieve ?
reality is we cant all be rich and/or attractive. Not all can become a great athlete or musician, movie star.
Not everyone can have kids, so not all even get the chance to be great parents.
I think its a simple thing
integrity, being a man or woman of your word Say what you mean and mean what you say.
Its a simple way that anyone can be respected and admired
just tell the truth and back up your words with the action.

Self-worth
I lost a large part of it for a while and for a long time.
I’m slowly but surely picking back those pieces since I now realize I’m the only one who can make me happy

Trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient (when warranted), cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent.

Loyalty is a big one. Empathy is also big.
I can’t stand by and watch someone struggle.

I’ve cried many times over the past 3-4 years
Not necessarily in front of people but I’ve sure as hell have cried on the inside

Very true.
Empathy can be a burden. You see a situation and it can be hard to take yourself out of it. I tend to carry others burdens as if they were my own.
