The policy of firing people for not getting a covid vaccine is the problem.
I don’t see an issue. Some hospitals have been firing staff for years if they didn’t get the flu vaccine (I know cause I worked at a few of them out in AZ). And there was no outrage from the public then.
A company has the right to determine the requirements of their staff. Don’t like it….work elsewhere
I never agreed with federal vaccine mandates for all businesses. But a business can do what it wants.

This is all true and I agree.
I disagree with a company making medical decisions for an employee. Am I not allowed to do that?
My preference would be to work for a company that doesn't fire people based on their covid vaccine status which is my right just as it is the right of the company to fire people based on their covid vaccine status.

I know plenty of large companies that didn't enforce this.
Find a better company or better profession.
I've worked IT projects for 3 different companies since Covid started and doubled my salary.
Stop being a whiny little bitch and start hustling.

I can have a problem with the reason for the firing in an at will employment environment. No?
Of course you can. It does tend to show you believe some illogical things though.

My company didn't either. It's a great company and I very much appreciate their policy on this.
I'm worried about the precedent being set by allowing companies to dictate medical procedures to employees.
I'm not being a whiny little bitch for stating my opinion. Sorry you don't like the delivery.

It's illogical to not want companies to force newly developed medical procedures on employees under threat of termination?

You're not getting it.
That part is fine. Then turning around and supporting at will is the illogical part.

No they can not.

I'm not getting it because your assertion that they are mutually exclusive isn't true.
A well run company can have an at will hiring policy and at the same time not fire people for not getting a covid vaccine.

Let it go. At this point, who gives a frick who received/didn't receive it. I'm sure anyone still alive is ok with whatever they did.
How soon you forget how the unvaccinated were losing their jobs and being banned from society but it's all good now huh...F that

Of course they can, but they don't have to, which is the point. Lord, this ain't hard. My original line was really just a joke, meant to poke fun at the inconsistency the "got fired for refusing the jab" crowd tends to have.

Bro, why you have to bring logic and reasonable thinking into this?

Higher COVID deaths in areas that went trump.
In addition, trump counties didn’t get vaxxxxxed.
What do you expect when the current president and his assistant both said there wasn't a chance in hell they'd take Trump's rushed vaccine. They're only taking the advice of their leaders, right?
Hehe....downvotes when you realize the vaccine was always a political ploy more about political expediency than anything else. For both "sides", mind you.

I am always suspicious when they link a sketch article talking about a study rather than simply linking to the study itself.
It's the same when they post about a documentary and don't explain what it's specifically about in the OP.
Almost auto-guaranteed Nazi content
Just happened on the poli board last week, in fact.

Uh. Maybe you're the idiot. 2/3 of Americans have high BMI....
And I'm sure they studied high BMI, because the death rate is higher in those patients.

Who knew this would happen when you volunteer for a social experiment injection that nukes your immune system.
They will also have a higher chance of contracting many other viruses and diseases… on top of lowering their life expectancy.
