I'll be honest with you. In that link my post is right after yours. Your "Muh Rights" comment has always bothered me. I have too good of a memory sometimes. I've disliked you ever since. That's my fault, if you no longer believe that then I'll believe you and drop it.
The slippery slope comment instantly reminded me of that. I can think of few worse slippery slopes than the government claiming the right to forcibly close businesses for any reason.

The problem with all of this shite is that there is so much bullshite on both sides that you can't blame anyone for what they thought about the vaccine when it first became available.
I was listening to Joe Rogan today, the episode when he last had Bret Weinstein on a few weeks ago. He was saying that there is a period during a pandemic when a vaccine can be given out too early because it will then create a stronger strain of itself.
But then there is the question of.. When is it still too early? I do know one thing, if there is ever a pandemic and the virus is stronger and spreads faster (if that's possible. Viruses the spread easier are not going to be stronger right? I thought I read that, I forget the science behind it) we are fricked because we live in a world where there is so much information being given out people don't know what to believe.
You don't know who is making decisions and if the decisions they are making are in their best interest, etc.
