80% of Russians aren't Asian, but the Israelis are. So Jesus was Asian, which helps explain why he was such a good fisherman.

It's probably also why he did literally anything to please his parents.

Buzz Aldrin got his PhD from MIT in aeronautics. His doctoral thesis was Line-of-Sight Guidance Techniques for Manned Orbital Rendezvous. A large part of the reason he was selected for Apollo 11 was that he literally wrote the book on space rendezvous. The most critical phase of the mission was the rendezvous with the command module after leaving the surface of the moon. Granted he was also a spectacular pilot and supposedly collected a better group of geological samples from the moon then Harrison Schmitt who was the only actual scientist to ever fly to the moon and had a PhD in Geology from Harvard.

That might be more like 11 useless facts.

65 years separate the time from the Wright Brother's first flight in Kitty Hawk, NC in 1903 and the debut of the Boeing 747 in 1968.

For comparison, NASA was formed 65 years ago in August 1958.

In 1966, Al Bundy scored four touchdowns in a single game while playing for the Polk High School Panthers in the 1966 city championship game versus Andrew Johnson High School, including the game-winning touchdown in the final seconds against his old nemesis, "Spare Tire" Dixon.

I’m a multiple repeat offender with this one, but I never tire of pointing out that: Dalhart, TX is closer to six other state capitals than it is to Austin, TX.

John Lennon and Darrell “Dimebag” Abbott were both murdered by obsessive fans on December 8. I happened to see RATM five years prior to Dime on the same date and still have the ticket stubs.

Look up the roster of any 53 man NFL team. Always a common birthday.
