I was among many who didn't care for the unicorn lesbian and her mouth prior to and during the WC, but I was happy to support "our" team during the tournament and was happy they won.
This sort of shite goes a long way in diminishing that.
Interesting that you don't hear this shite from ANY other country's national team members. The US Soccer Federation needs to make it clear that their teams are not political platforms and that this sort of shite will not be tolerated in the future.
You don't have to waive the flag and be "rah rah" 'Murica, but you otherwise need to keep your fricking mouths shut or you're off the team.

2 people on the team have publicly said they won't go - Rapinoe and Alex Morgan.
The article referenced in the OP quotes Rapinoe saying she doesn't think many players will go, so the whole premise of the thread is inaccurate to start with.

Rapinoe doesn't post here. No one can directly call her anything. This board is, however, full of grown men throwing hissy fit a over things like this so they can directly be spoken to.
It isn't rocket appliances. It's the demographics of the website. If 10 idiotic threads are started, 8 with conservative views and 2 with liberal, I'm not unfair or a hypocrite because I called 8 conservatives stupid but only 2 liberals.

Rapinoe is an attention whore and nothing more. She’s doing what the media and Hollywood have told her to do in hopes of being the female Kaepernick and get rich off of endorsements. She’s a shitty person and let’s just call it what it is, she’s not just “anti-Trump”, she’s anti-anyone who isn’t radically left on the political scale.
The fact that none of the other members of the team are speaking out against Rapinoe’s radically left viewpoints makes them guilty by association.
