Add in Hitler throwing in cis gender white conservatives into the furnaces and you've got a deal

It makes sense for some industries (advertising comes to mind), but for blue collar work, accounting/finance, medicine, STEM, I don't see how the diversity of thought that could potentially arise from working with people of different backgrounds would be all that useful.

Hitler would be a black transgender gender queer thing. His troops would be flaming homosexuals, Hispanics, and women.
All of their victims would be straight, married, white people and their families.

The amount of diversity job fair or offers we get emailed a week is hilarious. "X firm is looking to hire candidates of diverse backgrounds"

i can create an argument for medicine/STEM
it's that having more marginalized groups involved will lead to more research in marginalized-related issues that may be ignored otherwise

Wouldn't that make Hitler a hero?
I guess calling people "literally Hitler" would be a new form of compliment, then?

Making a reverse race movie like that is something primed for parody. Maybe Mel Brooks can do it before he dies.

Maybe? Are being ignored.
Plus different cultures may stress different trainings in the same discipline which may help people come to different (maybe better) conclusions.
Diversity of race is important because there is a correlation to culture.
We do keep getting the best foreigners in their industries to come here? So they can teach us or so they can do things our way.
Diversity should trigger humility

Pretty sure he has explicitly stated that he'd never attempt to make a Blazing Saddles type film in today's hypersensitive culture.

No one here will see that though. They are too caught up in the glory of the first affirmative action president, #45?

You're on a roll today

They are cheaper, and we have a shortage in certain professions. It has nothing to do with culture.

Example?

You're an idiot. Race doesn't define culture. Who do you think a highly educated black scientist in the top of his field has more in common with: another highly educated white scientist or some black crack addict in the projects?
The belief that race and genetics somehow dictate culture is one of the biggest things holding people back in this country today. "Oh that's just our culture." is a bullshite excuse used to keep people weak and escape personal responsibility

He's the hero we need, but not the one we deserve.
Maybe Trey Parker can do it.
I love the idea of a bunch of flaming homosexual black Nazis rounding up mild mannered suburban white people and sending them to concentration camps. I'd love to see the reviews on that movie.

SJW's would likely consider it a documentary, not a parody.

I'd humanize one transgender as Transchindler. In fact you could just name the movie Transchindler's List. I wonder if Tyler Perry would he open to wearing his moomoo for me.

I like this idea.
It would be set in Mecca in 1986.
