It all comes down to leadership. The national organization's leaders are paid shills obsessed with being pc. Your local troop is run by volunteer dads, who usually have the kids' best interest first.

How did it ruin it? Were you even part of the organization prior to girls being in it? Were you supporting it prior to that? Have you been in it since girls were allowed in?
A bigger destruction was the people not protecting the boys back in the day. There was a troop in New Orleans that was basically a child sex ring. However, nope, you want to blame girls coming in as a ruining factor.
