In fairness BLM was just a simple concept at origin, just a few words on a protest sign. Then it was coopted by multiple entities that ascribed a far-reaching near manifesto level group of "ideals" to "BLM". We could return most powers back to the states and still be the United States of America. That would actually be more aligned with the original intent of the country than what we have now.
Exactly. 14th amendment and Supremacy clause have been bastardized by Supreme Court to give added power to Fed over the states power including power to enforce some pretty big limitations on the Fed some states insisted be included to support Constitution replacing the Articles. The court even legislates for Congress and redefines words in laws.
It has done this with powers it basically spelled out itself as process or even a check in how far court take it or a clearly defined nullification process for rogue rulings. Life time appointments along with this creates too much unchecked power in court. The only real checks after appointment and confirmation are self discipline of justices, which isn’t much, and death.
Article III definitely needs some refining through the amendment process, but We have given up on amendments and just hope to get what we want through the Supreme Court.
Most forgotten part of Constitution.

That guy is a clown. The two-party system is responsible for the $25 trillion debt, our insane foreign policy, the fleecing of the American taxpayer, the largest spying apparatus in world history and a political class that leeches off the American public and gets filthy rich in the process.
