I hope the extra 2 bucks doesn't cause me to go hungry when I fill up in a couple weeks.

Be sure to thank all of your Biden voter friends today when you get a chance. They have been very quiet in the past year for some reason.

My wife and I make pretty decent money and only have a house note. We have cut out a decent amount of stuff to try to battle all the rising prices. I can’t imagine how much this sucks for a couple that’s living paycheck to paycheck

To those people- Dems (rather dumbs) who always come to defend the current POS administration claiming that gas prices are caused by the old "supply and demand" law, I feel like slapping them in the head.

I'm in Miami and regular gas (87) is $4.15. My mother in law is filling up her Corolla with $38-40. Really?

With no other debts than a house note, what have you had to cut? What is "pretty decent money" in this scenario?

I haven’t HAD to cut anything but we just are very financially conscious during this crazy time and instead of going out a couple of times a week to eat, we just do once on Saturday night. Also got rid of live TV and started buying in bulk and freezing meats

GasBuddy prices in EBR are all either out of date or wrong. What is the go-to fuel price app these days?

$3.279 at Costco this am.

I passed a few stations at the $3.899 level.

A 20 gallon tank would have been +$12 more.

People put too much credit and blame on the White House.

Trump had low gas prices because Putin flooded the market trying to kill US shale gas investment. And then prices further declined when the pandemic shut down the economy.

Conventional domestic energy policy can only steer the global supply & demand so much.

Now if Biden is going to impose oil sanctions that removes Russian oil from the supply, the world economy will be forever shook, and you’ll be pleading for $5/gal gas as you ride the shuttle bus on the way to your job in oil production and/or refining.
