My favorite is feeling tiny piss droplets hit my legs and wondering if it's mine or if I'm gonna catch the clap from the guy before me who didn't flush.

I saw one in a unisex bathroom at an office of a female financial advisor in Minnesota.

Sure, but did you have to pick the worse kind of urinal imaginable to make your pitch?? This is worse than a toilet as you'll get piss splatter all over your feet/shoes. And imagine miscalculating it in the middle of the night and stumbling into that.

The little carpets that the Beau Rivage has in the urinals is clutch. The key is to start pissing on the bottom and work your way up

I have one in my pool cabana - not the kind in the OP, but a regular kind that is higher up. It's vastly popular among its users and I have no idea what anyone is talking about in terms of keeping it clean. It's just pee. If your guests aren't troglodyte slobs, then I don't see what the problem is.
The one bit of trouble I had was in getting it installed. The box they come in basically has zero padding, so the contractor literally broke three of them just by setting them down too hard before installation. I was like WTF.
