No. Premeditated would be if the girl shot her sister and then wrecked the car. It was an accident that was preventable if the girl wasnt pilled out playing on her cell phone while driving. It wasnt murder.

Agree.
This isnt a good example, but most of the crappy stuff we read about daily occurred back in the day. The media just didnt cover it, or it was only the local media so it wasnt very wide spread. Social media puts it in your face in the moment.
To think dumb shite didnt occur back in the day is just being naive.
