Updated rumor:
There is a report out there, unconfirmed that three armed men jumped out of the truck and fired into the crowd and 2 still on the loose
Prime Minister in Sweden calling it a terrorist attack. SkyNews reporting.
How did Trump know.....
5 confirmed dead at this point and "many injuries"
Truck was hijacked/stolen then drove through crowded street in Stockholm and looks to have ended crashing into a department store
Some reports saying security team has said "large number of injuries", but would not give a number

Yes, it's clearly laid out by ISIS in online training. It's difficult to procure or smuggle weapons into a lot of European countries, so large trucks should be used to target crowds.
