THIS! He was in violation of the law just by having a gun in his possession. Who knows if he was also under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol at the time of the incident, but I wouldn't be surprised if he was either drunk or high as a kite. Unfortunately, the Obama administration ordered the toxicology results sealed. That's ludicrous seeing as how it has a huge bearing on the case.
