man frick that, those college students were asking for. How the hell are you going to close the door on a cop who is trying to detain someone.

I'm with the coppers on this one

Um, no.

Unless there is a lot more to the story, that is an egregious violation of the 4th Amendment, and that cop and the city of Tuscaloosa will rightly get the absolute frick sued out of them. Those cops will be fired and maybe even prosecuted.

Where is the warrant? Where is the the evidence in plain view? Exigent circumstances?

I am not some bullshite BLM person, but those cops need to fry. Those are totalitarian-level antics.

frick those pigs. The view inside apartment is absurd. The first officer should be fired and possibly charged.

I'm curious how the media will cover police brutality versus a group of white frat boys.

That's funny, I was wondering how the OT would respond to police brutality versus a group of white frat boys. This was easy money

Who knows what those jackasses were doing to bring the cops there.

Just because of wasted girls are screaming "what did he do???!?" at the cops doesn't make him innocent.

It is much more likely that he was wasted and acting a fool than that cop was looking violate people rights that night.

we don't know shite about what happened other than the ugly aftermath.

Keep the noise down and this doesn't happen. It's very simple.

Watch the second video. Unless the cop has some serious extenuating circumstances (like he saw coke lined up on the table or something else stupid), he has absolutely no right to be in there, much less touching those kids.

This is something major police departments know damn well. During the Super Bowl last year, I was at a party where Chicago PD was called for a noise complaint. They showed up and knew damn well they couldn't enter without a warrant or exigent circumstances (which 99 times out of 100 doesn't exist in a simple noise complaint). They know that they can get the frick sued out of them.

Small-time, redneck PD's like that generally don't have the constitutional scrutiny. Given a decent attorney (which I assume those are Bama bangs frat boy types), those cops are going to fry. They will be lucky to escape prosecution.

The loudmouth chick in the 2nd video didn't help things at all. Her friends should taze her.

From the inside the apartment video it looked like the initial officer had 1 guy by the shirt who wasn't cooperating with him. The second guy tries to close the door on the officer while he is appearing to be calling for additional officers.

But I'll enjoy all of the speculation and Internet lawyers to come here and give their professional opinions on the limited amount of facts that are available.

I wish cops would remember that not cooperating does not equal probable cause for an arrest.

The guy was disrespectful to the police. He did not comply. When will these people learn? Right folks?

1) cops were assholes
2) victims were uncooperative

That's a bad combination.
