They’re good but it’s such a rural area that we can’t always find a foster to take them in

We do a fostering here in Alabama and often the dogs get transported if local adopters aren't found. We work with a couple of groups around here, therefore I am sure there's some groups in your area. If you need a little help perhaps we can help you link up with some.

Unfortunately I can’t take one, but it’s awesome that you saved the pups and are finding them homes

my wife says we "foster" but in reality once they get here they stay...
was able to adopt out one of ours to a TD member but we are still at 4 street rescues at the moment, two wandering the streets in BR and two running the woods in Hammond

OP I'd have picked up the litter too, there's no way I could sleep at night if I didn't.
good on you and I hope they all find good homes

Blessings to you OP for rescuing those pups ... I'm from the VP area as well but have been gone for a long time. Nice to see that rescue group posted!

Yea, if you’re from the VP area then you know first hand that this kind of shite isn’t uncommon. Really sucks that someone would do this shite.

Oh yeah, wife found one on the middle of a busy street years ago. Still have him.
Heard about some puppies that were wandering in a park 60 miles away, we had to drive to go rescue them. ( All of those adopted out)

Please post individual pics of the pups that are still available. My family might take one. We have been researching a new pup. Our 2 year old beagle mutt would love a buddy.
