Ok, so, Don. I appreciate that you haven't responded back. It proves a point that I was given the opportunity to make. So first off, I have no I'll will, and apologize for baiting you. But I also thank you for correctly responding to the situation. The point I wanted to make was regarding how people react to antagonists. I am not with you face to face. I am not holding a gun towards you. But you still knew when it was time to stop. Your responses to antagonism were starting to elevate, and you walked away. The guy in this video did not. Your reaction, is what he should have done. Again, I do apologize for baiting you, and again thank you for showing what people should actually do. ?
I just have a life and went to Costco before I head out camping.
You’re giving me too much credit, but thank you for assuming the best.

Yall are dumb as frick if you think that’s a legit shooting
What part of Florida’s stand your ground law do you think it violates?

Yes. Very obvious

The decision doesn’t surprise me, but to be 100% in agreement on it I really would have liked some witness statements about the conversations during those 2 parts of the confrontation, to know who she was talking to on the phone the entire time if not the police, and to know what was the initial cause of the confrontation over the parking spot.
From all accounts she was talking to her husband.
The initial cause was she had pulled up to back into the spot and he drove around her attempting to get into the spot. They said something to him and he got mad and literally parked his car in the middle of the parking lot lane and headed towards the store. He walks back out and at that point she had pulled into the spot. He then drove around the lot (while she was in the store) and waited for her to come back out to confront her. And continued to approach her as she had the gun pointed at him, telling him multiple times to back away (and she physically backed up herself). He followed her throughout the parking lot.
Again, Florida doesn’t have a duty to retreat.
I think it’s very reasonable to think if this man waited for her to come back out of the store and kept following her, despite her getting out her gun, that he was dangerous.
From the articles I’ve read, witnesses state he repeatably threatened to frick her shite up (among other things).
It’s also worth noting she had a family member’s child in her car as well.
Full video of confrontation and shooting
