Dude this is not a sex drive issue at all.
If she feels like she's obligated or being forced to do it she absolutely won't because of her past. By getting frustrated when she won't put out you're just making this way worse.
There are so many reasons why a girl could have a lower sex drive, but this seems to be cut and dry. History of molestation + feeling of obligation = PTSD = No tang. Honestly, The more you push the worse that will get.
Also you should encourage her to get some help with her mental health. Mental health issues can absolutely destroy someones sex life.

Either help her deal with her issues or move one. The issues you mentioned definitely can play into it. After you let her know that you are sensitive to her feelings, lay there in the bed and jack it onto her back and tell her that it could have been in her but she chose otherwise. Roll over and sleep tight.
