Do you think Hispanic means from Spain? Hint. It can but doesn’t usually.

Yep. Talk about making a bad incident worse. How in the hell is a second wreck going to help the first?

It most certainly denotes Spanish heritage, whether ethnic or cultural.

I will say all of this is spot on but very hard to perform in true action.

The overarching issue is she intentionally rammed him, or that is what I get out of both videos. He almost certainly hit her evidenced by the black paint on the passenger side of his car but that would have been pretty minor. Slamming into him covered any minor damage he did to her car.
The issue for him is her insurance will have an intentional acts of the insured exclusion so they likely won't pay out but she probably diesn't have enough PD coverage on her car to cover what she did anyway.
I think a longer clip from the first accident would be interesting mainly to see if her car was moving like she was planning to turn from a non-turning lane.
Just a gut based WAG but I think she was turning (from an inside turn lane) and had a green but did NOT because of the cyclist (that possibly shouldn't have been there they were going the wrong direction down the street). The Aventador driver was behind her saw the green light but not the bicycle and got impatient whipped around her into the inside turn lane saw the cyclist and to avoid him turned a little right and scrubbed her car. She got pissed and rammed the Lambos arse.

any additional laws about the dude lying and trying to say he didn't hit her in the original video? guess it would depend if he lied to the cops

To be fair, if you’ve ever spent any time in Tampa and been around him and the others in that crew it describes them all fairly well.

Obtuse1 has spoken. If there was ever a poster for me to trust about regular vehicles/Lambos/cyclists it’s him.
Let’s shut this thread down.

Show me a person from Spain that calls themselves Hispanic. They don’t. They call themselves Spaniards.

Not that it has anything to do with this thread, but go call a Basque, “hispanic”.
It won’t end well.

All fine and dandy and likely accurate, but whose neck hurts worse?

Technically a misdemeanor to lie to a LEO in most jurisdictions but I have never seen it charged in an auto accident.
Any defamation case of hers would probably be DOA for lack of actual damages unless she claims emotional distress and pays for treatment but on that end I don't know how FL law sees emotional distress in defamation cases.
My guess is they both get moving violations but she may get a criminal charge for her part. The insurance companies will end up splitting it up but she may be on the hook for the majority of her cars damage due to the arguably intentional act and technically the damage she did to his car. I think at the end of the day she is going to be impacted more financially than the Aventador driver. Then again I don't know the ins and outs of FL law.
