I’m not saying he did it in the van. When that door shut in the other video, Gabby could have been down the slope where he’s getting his shite together and then closes the door.

I agree. I think she was having another episode and he couldn't handle it so he punched her or something. Now shes crying and bleeding, so he probably strangled her. Bottom line is the dude is a bitch.

How do we know he didn’t kill her outside the van? Just got sick of her, dragged her down a slope, and then killed her there? Like OJ didn’t exactly kill Nicole IN the condo. Any forensic evidence been announced that was found in the van? If they had I’m sure they’re keeping that close to the chest right now.

That's entirely possible. It just seems much more like a rage killing than anything planned out. I'm basing this on the way he's handled everything since then. The guy isn't a criminal mastermind. Even if that's all true, though, he deserves to be executed.

Even in a rage, he might have thought about the blood and evidence that would be present in the car and drag her elsewhere to finish her off. Not like anyone would hear her screaming.

They almost certainly take that into account. But to be fair were talking about cause of death. She could have choked to death on a pistachio and he freaked out and buried her. Cause of death wouldn't be homicide.

What if he forced the pistachio down her throat while she was sleeping and then kicked her in the throat? What if he did all that and then buried her alive? Riddle me that.
